As a Sales and Leasing Associate with MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC, B. Franklin Hearn III has more than 50 years experience in the commercial real estate market.  Beau specializes in the sale and leasing of industrial and office properties and represents several industrial parks in the Baltimore Metropolitan region.  Beau joined MacKenzie in 1992 as a result of a merger between MacKenzie & Associates, Inc. and the Commercial/Industrial Division of O’Conor, Piper & Flynn.  Beau spent 15 years with O’Conor, Piper & Flynn in the industrial department.   Prior to joining O'Conor, Piper & Flynn, Beau was a sales representative for C. Preston Scheffenacker, a residential developer, and Industrial Realty Company.  Beau also served as Vice President of the Hearn Corporation.  A lifetime resident of Maryland, Beau is a graduate of Friends School in Baltimore and received a Bachelor of Science Degree from Washington College in Chestertown.  Beau has also completed real estate appraisal courses at Johns Hopkins University.
