Career Summary
Joining MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC in May 2000, William D. Michael, specializes in retail, office and industrial income-producing investment sales assignments. Prior to joining MacKenzie, Bill was with the investment properties group of CB Richard Ellis for 10 years. Bill has completed sales and leasing transactions with total consideration in excess of $130 million. Bill also has 21 years of corporate banking experience, including five years as senior vice president of Baltimore-based Equitable Bank. Additionally, he spent 16 years with Chicago-based Continental Illinois Bank including four years as vice president and manager of their Philadelphia regional office managing a $1 billion loan portfolio. Bill holds the CCIM designation and is an active member of the MD/DC Chapter of CCIM’s. He holds a real estate license in Maryland and Virginia.
