Career Sumary
As an Acquisition/Development Associate at MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC, Brendan is responsible for acquisitions, pre-acquisition due diligence, management of entitlements, pro-forma analysis, project management, loan closings and construction oversight. Having completed the educational requirements for the CCIM designation, Brendan also handles a great deal of the financial analysis work that development requires. Prior to joining MacKenzie, Brendan was an integral part of the sales and leasing team in Cushman & Wakefield's San Diego office where he concentrated on tenant representation. Born and raised in Baltimore, Brendan went to St. Paul’s School for Boys and holds a degree in English from the University of Virginia.
