Hudak, brings more than 18 years of commercial real estate experience to MacKenzie.  Specializing in industrial/flex product, Dan has maintained a high level of professionalism and integrity with clients.  Dan has an extensive background in both tenant and landlord representation providing in-depth real estate knowledge through quality service.   Dan's experience in build-to-suits, facility acquisition and disposition, has enabled him to serve a broad client base including technology, office, distribution and manufacturing uses.  Dan represented aerospace giant Smiths Group, PLC, in their relocation to a Harford County 90,000 sf build-to-suit consisting of office, lab and environmentally controlled manufacturing.  Dan's past experience includes site location work for the largest privately held food distributor, Maines Paper & Food Service; consulting, site acquisition and disposition services for non-profit Goodwill Industries of the Chesapeake.  Dan is also a member of Cushman & Wakefield Global Supply Chain Solutions Group focused on corporate efficiency of forward and reverse flow of products and services worldwide.
