Career Summary
Julio Purcell has over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate, and has been employed by MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC during that entire period. Julio started at MacKenzie as a property/asset manager in 1988, and in 1996 moved to the commercial brokerage division. Julio concentrates his practice in commercial office leasing, and sales, in the Greater Baltimore Metropolitan market, with a total transaction value approaching $250 million. Julio is a member of the alumni board at St. Paul School and is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors.
