Career Summary
As Director of Research for MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC, Kathy Boehk specializes in market research, data analysis and reporting. Working with brokers and clients, Kathy’s expertise ranges from demographic and geographical analysis for site selection to office and industrial market analysis. Her responsibilities include all research functions for all the MacKenzie offices, management and implementation of vendor data, and training of brokers and staff on research programs. Prior to Joining MacKenzie, Kathy was the senior information management coordinator for CB Richard Ellis overseeing the research departments of four offices in the Baltimore-Washington region. Kathy's experience also includes 17 years as a research director with Rufus S. Lusk & Son, Inc., a real estate publication company located in Washington D.C. Kathy is an active member of the Maryland Commercial Market Research Council (CMRC) group and a co-founder of the Baltimore branch of CMRC. A lifetime resident of the Baltimore area, Kathy is a graduate of The Catholic High School of Baltimore and Villa Julie College.
