The Challenge
The Weinberg Foundation had purchased a parcel of land in McDonogh Crossroads in Owings Mills, Maryland.  The trustees of the Foundation wanted to develop and construct a headquarters facility to accommodate their existing and future needs.  MacKenzie was hired to provide project management and development expertise for the design, development and construction of the facility. 

The Solution
MacKenzie developed a budget and schedule for the project.  The project was designed in accordance with the budget and put out to bid with various contractors.  A contractor was then selected who constructed the building over a period of 12 months.  MacKenzie provided construction management services during the period of construction.  The project was finished in accordance with the schedule and the budget approved by the trustees.
