MacKenzie Capital, LLC, our commercial real estate finance group, specializes in the arrangement and placement of real estate capital, both debt and equity, for all types of real estate projects. Our financing group represents real estate owners and developers locally, regionally and nationally. Working on behalf of owners/borrowers (not lenders), MacKenzie matches the appropriate capital source with the owner’s business objectives and desires.
MacKenzie Capital, LLC's involvement is from beginning to end. We begin with defining the objectives of the sponsor, identify potential capital sources, assist in the negotiation of the business terms, and then drive the deal to a successful closing.
