Two Law Firms and a Software Company Locate to 600 Washington Avenue in Towson


BALTIMORE – MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC (MacKenzie), an independently owned and operated member of the Cushman & Wakefield Alliance, is pleased to welcome three new tenants to 600 Washington Avenue in Towson, Maryland.   

Gildea & Schmidt, LLC, a boutique law firm practicing primarily in the areas of land use, land development, zoning and real estate law, and governmental affairs, will be moving from its Baltimore City location at 300 East Lombard Street to this new Towson address in February 2007 and will occupy 6,587 square feet.  David Paulson and Vince Brocoto of Manekin, LLC represented Gildea & Schmidt, LLC. 

Sagal, Cassin, Filbert & Quasney, P.A., law firm took over 6,230 square feet at 600 Washington Avenue earlier this month.  Sagal, Cassin is a general practice law firm with a concentration in property management related law and transactional real estate.  Steven Cornblatt of Trout, Segall & Doyle represented the firm. 

Eyemaginations, Inc., a global 3D software company focused on health care, will be occupying 7,698 square feet at 600 Washington Avenue at the end of December.  “The company has experienced dramatic growth and needed additional space to accommodate current operations as well as the planned future expansion. We’re looking forward to this move,” stated Jeff Peres, President and CEO of Eyemaginations.  Eyemaginations was represented by Kyle Durkee and Rosellen Fleishman of Trammell Crow. 

Gildea & Schmidt, LLC, Eyemaginations, Inc., and Sagal, Cassin, Filbert & Quasney, P.A. join BB&T, Baltimore Bayhawks, Insty-Prints, Scottrade, Roly Poly Sandwiches, Delaware Bay Risk Solutions and other service companies. 

600 Washington Avenue in Towson is a four-story building with 63,000 square feet of class A space; it has often been called “one of the best looking buildings in all of Towson” because of its stately brick architecture and familiar cupola on the roof.  Located in the County seat, this building was developed by MacKenzie Properties, LLC in 1988 and is currently managed by MacKenzie Management Corporation. 

Matthew B. Mueller and Meghan C. Gill, Real Estate Advisors, and William W. Whitty, Jr., Senior Vice President and Principal, represented the landlord, MacKenzie.
