MacKenzie Contracting Breaks Ground for Carrollton Bank Branch in Cockeysville, Maryland

BALTIMORE – MacKenzie Contracting Company, LLC (MacKenzie Contracting), the construction arm of MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC, broke ground yesterday on a new full-service branch for Carrollton Bank. 

This one-story, 3,000 square foot build-to-suit will be Carrollton Bank’s 11th retail branch in the State of Maryland and the 5th full-service branch in Baltimore County.  MacKenzie Contracting is the construction manager on the project and Frederick Ward Associates is the lead architect.  Completion is anticipated for May.
