Due to Growth of MacKenzie Land Sales Division, New Associate Hired

BALTIMORE – MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC, (MacKenzie) an independently owned and operated member of the Cushman & Wakefield Alliance, has added a new associate to its Lutherville, Maryland office. Charles K. Vandenburgh has officially joined MacKenzie to work on their growing land sales and development team. 

With all the governmental and environmental issues facing the home building industry, it is now more important than ever that a land transaction be handled by an experienced real estate advisor.  When evaluating property, MacKenzie can readily determine its potential as well as its drawbacks.  Vandenburgh will provide a breadth of knowledge to land owners selling to developers, as well as to developers selling finished building homesites to a builder.

Vandenburgh most recently worked as a Regional Director of Land Acquisitions for Technical Olympic, USA/Engle Homes.  Vandenburgh was raised in the Harrisburg, Pennsylvania area, attended Penn State University and currently resides in the Canton area of Baltimore City.  At MacKenzie, Vandenburgh will focus on land sales in the Baltimore-Metropolitan area, as well as southern Pennsylvania.
