MacKenzie’s Industrial Services Group Announces Recently Completed Leases and Sales

BALTIMORE – The industrial services group at MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC (MacKenzie), a full service commercial real estate company in Maryland and member of the Cushman & Wakefield Alliance, is pleased to announce the following recent industrial transactions:   

MacKenzie represented the landlord in two transactions on Trident Court in Halethorpe Industrial Park:  Ace World Wide, an industry recognized leader in the area of delivering transportation, logistics and relocation solutions, signed a lease for 48,000 square feet at 4710 Trident Court in Arbutus, Maryland.   Source Interlink Companies, headquartered in Bonita Springs, Florida, signed a lease for 16,000 square feet at 4701Trident Court.  Source Interlink is a leading marketing, merchandising and fulfillment company of entertainment products including DVDs, music CDs, magazines, books and related items.

Monumental Supply Company has signed a 130,000 square foot lease at 12201 Long Green Pike in Glen Arm, Maryland.  MacKenzie represented the landlord, Schneider Property, LLC. 

MacKenzie represented the owner, Huber Enterprises, LLC, in the sale of 7519 Old Coaling Road in the BWI/Anne Arundel submarket to BL Enterprises LLC. 

At 2202 Lakeside Boulevard in Edgewood, Maryland, MacKenzie represented the tenant Smiths Detections, Inc., part of UK based Smiths Group PLC an aerospace company, in its 42,445 square foot expansion.

MacKenzie represented the buyer in the purchase of 1727 Whitehead Road a 33,200 square foot warehouse in Meadows Business Park.  The building was 100% leased by World Wide Parts and Accessories at the time of sale.

MacKenzie has recently listed for lease 1101 Hanzlik Road, a 72,000 square foot warehouse located in east Baltimore County, as well as 14,000 square feet on four acres on Benson Court in Arbutus.
