Three New Tenants Sign Leases at 600 Washington Avenue in Towson, Maryland

Baltimore - MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC (MacKenzie) an independently owned and operated member of the Cushman & Wakefield Alliance, is pleased to announce the addition of three new tenants at 600 Washington Avenue in Towson, Maryland:  Baltimore Bayhawks, Scottrade, and Roly Poly Sandwiches.

600 Washington Avenue in Towson is a four-story building with 63,000 square feet of class A space; it has often been called “one of the best looking buildings in all of Towson” because of its stately brick architecture and familiar cupola on the roof.  Located in the County seat, this building was developed by MacKenzie Properties, LLC in 1988 and is currently managed by MacKenzie Management Company. 

The Baltimore Bayhawks is Maryland’s professional outdoor lacrosse team.  They play their home games at Johnny Unitas Stadium on the campus of Towson University.  Their headquarters will be in 600 Washington Avenue, conveniently located next to the university.

Roly Poly Sandwiches is the home of the original rolled sandwich. They roll top-quality meats, cheeses, vegetables and spreads in fresh tortillas.  This new location in Towson will capitalize on the morning, lunch and weekend foot traffic through Towson; this will be the fifth franchise in Maryland.
