As an Associate Broker with MacKenzie Retail, LLC, Bowie Arnot specializes in retail and restaurant leasing and sales. Prior to joining the firm in 2004, Bowie served as an independent retail leasing and development consultant, serving a number of well-recognized clients including Cabot, Cabot & Forbes, Prime Retail, Nottingham Properties, The Rouse Company, and Struever Bros. Eccles & Rouse. Over the last 50 years, he has actively participated in the leasing and/or development of some 40 shopping centers, malls, and entertainment venues throughout the United States and abroad.
