Lance D. Dorn
GIS Specialist
A member of the MacKenzie team since 2010, Lance provides clients with the ability to comprehensively evaluate real estate opportunities through data-driven assessment
techniques and a multidisciplinary understanding of the real estate industry. As a GIS Specialist, Lance is responsible for performing trade area and market potential
analyses, as well as demographic, psychographic, and consumer expenditure studies for the six divisions under the umbrella of the MacKenzie Companies. Additionally, he
develops interactive and mobile mapping solutions and provides analytical support for the brokerage and investment sales divisions through financial analysis, due diligence,
market research, and marketing strategy.
In 2012, Lance earned a Masters Degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Maryland. He also holds a Graduate Certificate in Geographic Information Systems
and a B.A. in Urban Planning and Development from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where he graduated with honors in 2007.
