Operations Manager
As Operations Manager for MacKenzie Services Company, LLC, Mike
oversees a department of 35 employees and is responsible for the day-to-day scheduling and operations of building maintenance services.
Mike also provides coordination and oversight of all billable repair work
performed by the MSC Project Division. Mike is experienced in the construction and repair of HVAC systems and is EPA Certified, which helps him serve as a technical advisor to the Property Managers. He is instrumental in implementing the
transition for new accounts and works closely with third party clients.
Mike developed his customer service skills during his 20 years of living and
working in National Parks. Prior to joining MacKenzie in 2000, he spent 10
years working for ARAMARK Corporation managing the maintenance
department at Mesa Verde National Park in Southwest Colorado. His other duties at ARAMARK included Safety Director and Environmental Auditor. He has
also worked in Sequoia National Park in California and Denali National Park in
Alaska.
Mike's role will be to staff the building with the appropriate maintenance employees, assist with preliminary implementation of building operating procedures and training of the staff, as well as ongoing technical training that may be needed. Mike is also responsible for documenting the building operating systems for our on-call service, preparing the emergency on-call schedule and monitoring response to after hour's calls. In addition, Mike provides technical assistance and advisement to the Property Mangers with any building systems problems.
