Service Team

MacKenzie Services Company, LLC was created to provide maintenance support for properties managed by MacKenzie Management. The full-service team has expanded their offering and now provides a wide variety of maintenance services to third-party clientele. 

Our qualified team of building engineers and groundskeepers are available on a contract or hourly basis to perform daily rounds, routine maintenance, repairs and emergency on-call response. 

MacKenzie Services also has a special project division which performs minor carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical work on a time and materials basis for tenants and building owners.
