As the Vice President of MacKenzie Communities, LLC, Robb is responsible for the day to day activities of the residential land development group. His duties include land acquisition, development design and approvals, site construction, financing and lot sales. Other duties include market studies, financial analysis, due diligence and site management.

Prior to joining MacKenzie, Robb was an acquisition and asset manager with Sawyer Realty Holdings, a privately held real estate investment and management firm specializing in value-added apartment communities. During his tenure, Robb’s responsibilities included acquisition, financing, renovation and management oversight of apartment communities located throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast. Robb also spent several years as a senior analyst at two commercial banks where he underwrote financing for real estate projects and commercial operating companies.

Born and raised in Baltimore, Robb holds a degree in Finance from Boston College.
