Surge in Greater Bel Air Office Activity
MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services is proud to announce recent Bel Air leasing activity at Bel Air Square, Bel Air South Professional, Bright Oaks Courtyard, 2700 Philadelphia Road, and Newport II.
Bel Air Square, located at 260 Gateway Drive welcomed three new tenants, financial service provider Paulo Jerome Delatado and healthcare providers Vibrant Health Acupuncture & Wellness Center and Courtney Stiltner and Amy Gorschboth to the tenant roster this past month. This recent activity brings the building to approximately 75% leased, the highest occupancy rate the building has experienced since 2007. MacKenzie’s Senior Vice President Beetle Smith provided landlord advisory services in the transactions.
Elite Sports Performance Group, LLC has signed a lease for 2,878 square feet at Bel Air South Professional, located at 2014 Tollgate Road in Bel Air. Healthcare provider Paula Moraine brought Bright Oaks Courtyard, 2021-A Emmorton Road, to 100% occupied with her recent lease and Painted Daisy Consignment Shop renewed their 2,400 square foot lease at 8 Newport Drive in Forest Hill keeping the building at 100% occupied. Also now enjoying a 100% occupancy rate is 2700 Philadelphia Road with Bank of England signing a lease for 1,120 square feet. Smith and Vice President Tom Mottley provided landlord advisory services for each building.
