Approach and Results
After proving their skill-set with the construction of the original internal fit-out, MacKenzie Contracting Company was brought in for complete renovation of the 6,885 square foot existing restaurant that would include new finishes throughout, new bar, stand-alone temperature controlled display wine room, new kitchen equipment, and new exterior patio and fireplace. A tight deadline and quick turnaround resulted in a project seamlessly delivered and under budget.
