About
Chelsea joined MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC in 2020. Working as a Senior Marketing Specialist in MacKenzie’s Lutherville office, Chelsea provides the Baltimore County brokerage team with needed support to acquire and maintain their listings which includes the creation of marketing collateral, proposals, presentations, and email campaigns. Chelsea also works alongside the MacKenzie Capital Advisory team designing offering memorandums and other proposals. Additionally, Chelsea works to support the Marketing Director in coordinating company marketing and communication initiatives including conceptualizing, designing, and executing client-based projects for all MacKenzie divisions, supporting social media campaigns, website design, and organizing corporate events.
Education
Chelsea is a graduate of University of Maryland Baltimore County and holds a degree in graphic design.
Experience
Prior to MacKenzie, Chelsea worked as a marketing specialist for Ledo Pizza System, Inc. where she was responsible for the design and distribution of print promotional materials for restaurant locations, maintaining social media presence, and managing advertising budgets.
