Maintenance Coordinator/Customer Service

Busy property management company is seeking an organized, energetic people-person to receive and dispatch service calls and perform various administrative and clerical tasks. Must have excellent communication skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently. Minimum 1 year customer service experience and some billing experience would be preferred. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package and a friendly work environment.
