Lease Administrator

MacKenzie Management Company is seeking a responsible, motivated individual to abstract leases, bill tenants, collect rents and assist tenants with billing related questions. Other duties may include preparing annual expense reconciliations, monthly rent reconciliations, and annual revenue budgets. This is a full-time position working as part of a team in a pleasant, fast-paced environment. We offer a competitive salary, medical insurance plan, life insurance, 401K, and paid vacation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in billing, customer service or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
  • Comfortable with making collection calls to tenants
  • Strong reading comprehension
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High energy level
  • Pleasant, positive, can-do attitude
  • Team player
  • Professional appearance
  • Working knowledge of Yardi Voyager is a plus, but not necessary
