Cailey serves as the Administrative and Marketing Assistant at MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate, where she plays a key role in supporting both day-to-day operations and marketing efforts for the firm. She is a graduate of Towson University with a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications, focusing on public relations, advertising, and marketing. Cailey brings a strong communications background to her position. Prior to joining MacKenzie, she worked as a Care Coordinator at the Eating Recovery Center, where she honed her administrative and organizational skills in a fast-paced setting.

At MacKenzie, Cailey provides essential administrative support to the brokerage team, managing documents, coordinating broker requests, maintaining the CRM system, and assisting with listings and property-related documentation. On the marketing side, she contributes to the creation and distribution of digital and print materials, supports website updates and SEO strategies, and helps with events. Her combined skillset in communications and operations makes her a valuable asset to the team, helping to ensure both internal efficiency and strong external outreach.
