Charlie Roberts

Charles (Charlie) Roberts is a Real Estate Advisor with MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, based in the firm’s Annapolis office. In his role, Charlie will be supporting senior team members in a variety of client service initiatives, including assisting with the generation of new tenant leads, tracking and cataloging market activity to uncover potential opportunities, and contributing to business development efforts. He will be working alongside experienced brokers to provide support in areas such as site selection, market research, lease negotiations, and relocation strategies. Charlie’s efforts will focus on serving clients throughout the Annapolis region and the Baltimore-Washington Corridor across multiple property types, including industrial, office, and retail.

Before joining MacKenzie, Charlie completed an internship with MCB Real Estate in Baltimore, where he rotated through departments including acquisitions, leasing, development, and construction. He gained exposure to market research, financial analysis, lease review, and underwriting, building a solid foundation in the transactional and operational aspects of commercial real estate.

He also supported sales and retention initiatives at Acrisure Insurance by analyzing customer data and held leadership roles at Hampden-Sydney College as Vice President of the Commercial Real Estate Club and a Resident Advisor.

Charlie earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Business from Hampden-Sydney College, where he was a Dean’s List student, Garnet and Grey Scholar, NCAA Division III lacrosse player, and participated in a study abroad program in Madrid, Spain.
