As a Senior Vice President and Principal with MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC, Dan brings over 25 years of commercial real estate experience to MacKenzie. Specializing in industrial/flex product, Dan has maintained a high level of professionalism and integrity with clients. He has an extensive background in both tenant and landlord representation providing in-depth real estate knowledge through quality service. His experience in build-to-suits, facility acquisition and disposition, has enabled him to serve a broad client base including technology, office, distribution, and manufacturing uses.

Experience
Dan has represented some of the area’s most notable industrial users including aerospace giant Smiths Group, PLC, in their relocation to a Harford County 120,000 square foot (sf) build-to-suit consisting of office, lab, and environmentally controlled manufacturing. His past experience also includes site location work for the largest privately held food distribution company, Maines Paper & Food Service. Dan is a past member of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals focused on corporate efficiency of forward and reverse flow of products and services worldwide.
