Ethan Binnix

Ethan Binnix has transitioned from MacKenzie’s brokerage division to the Property Management team as Assistant Operations Manager for The Village at Cross Keys, where he will support daily operations alongside Property Manager Heather Chilcot. An Annapolis native and graduate of Clemson University, Ethan brings a strong foundation in commercial real estate and client service to his new role. His thoughtful, solutions-oriented approach, honed through his experience in brokerage, is a natural fit for the evolving and fast-paced Village at Cross Keys community.

In his position, Ethan works closely with Heather and Sarah, the property’s Assistant Property Manager and Marketing Coordinator, to enhance both the guest and tenant experience. He liaises directly with property owners and tenants to streamline communication and ensure issues are resolved promptly and professionally. As The Village at Cross Keys continues to grow and evolve, Ethan also contributes to implementing operational efficiencies and service enhancements that support the long-term success of the property. His proactive mindset and commitment to high-quality service make him a valuable addition to the team as MacKenzie continues to elevate the tenant and visitor experience at this vibrant mixed-use destination.
