Ethan Binnix

Ethan Binnix is a Real Estate Advisor with MacKenzie’s Annapolis brokerage team. Working under industry veterans Trish Farrell and David McClatchy from the firm’s Annapolis office, Ethan supports leasing and sales activities for office, mixed-use, flex, and medical product throughout the Baltimore Washington Corridor and Annapolis region. He also focuses on the representation of tenants working to identify and analyze their commercial real estate needs. Ethan’s primary responsibilities include the generation of new tenant leads, cataloging market activity used to identify market opportunities, and supporting business development initiatives. He will also work to support senior team members with providing site selection, lease negotiation, and relocation strategies to local, regional, and national clients.

Prior to joining MacKenzie, Ethan worked with Avison Young in Washington, DC. There, he was responsible for providing key information on leasing availability and market conditions to tenants and landlords, compiling market surveys and summary reports, coordinating site tours, and uncovering new prospects and opportunities. An Annapolis native, Ethan is a graduate of Clemson University and holds a degree in Business Management with a Financial Management minor. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in Maryland and Virginia.
