Ethan Binnix

Ethan Binnix is an Assistant Property Manager with MacKenzie Management, supporting the management of The Village at Cross Keys, a 300,000-square-foot mixed-use destination in Baltimore, Maryland.

Ethan joined MacKenzie in 2023 in the firm’s brokerage division before transitioning to property management in 2025. Prior to joining MacKenzie, he gained experience in commercial real estate market research and analytics with Avison Young. Today, he works closely with ownership, tenants, and vendors to oversee daily property operations, capital improvement projects, maintenance and building systems, budgeting, contract administration, and tenant relations. His focus is on maintaining efficient operations and supporting the long-term performance and financial health of the property.

Ethan earned a Bachelors in Business Management, with an emphasis in Management Information Systems (MIS) and a minor in Financial Management, from Clemson University. His background in commercial real estate brokerage, market analysis, and property operations provides a well-rounded perspective in supporting the management of one of Baltimore’s premier mixed-use destinations.
