Karin Lawson

Karin Lawson joined MacKenzie Management in 2025 and serves as an Assistant Property Manager, supporting the daily operations of commercial and condominium properties, including Water’s Edge Corporate Campus in Belcamp and properties in Havre de Grace.

In this role, Karin works with tenants, owners, and vendors on property operations, inspections, financial reviews, capital improvement projects, and communications. She also assists with Board and ownership meetings and helps coordinate tenant amenities, events, and conference and coworking spaces. At Water’s Edge, this includes supporting the on-campus fitness center and wellness programming to enhance the tenant experience.

Karin is a proud veteran of the United States Army.
