Overview
Phil Gould is a Real Estate Advisor with MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, based in the firm’s Annapolis office. He specializes in landlord and tenant representation with a focus on flex and industrial assets throughout the southern I-95 Corridor and the Washington, D.C. suburban markets. Phil works alongside senior team members Bryan Herr and Oliver Fryer, supporting leasing and advisory assignments on behalf of both institutional and private clients.
Prior to joining MacKenzie, Phil was an Assistant Property Manager with Cushman & Wakefield, where he managed a portfolio of industrial properties on behalf of ownership. His responsibilities included overseeing tenant relations, ensuring lease compliance, coordinating vendor services, and supporting budgeting and financial reporting efforts to enhance overall asset performance.
Earlier, Phil served as a Real Estate Services Coordinator with CBRE, where he was involved in financial operations, contract administration, and tenant engagement initiatives across a variety of assets. His experience working directly with both ownership and tenants provides a strong operational foundation that informs his advisory approach.
A Baltimore native, Phil is a graduate of Loyola Blakefield and received a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from the University of Mississippi. His professional background, combined with a strong client-service mindset, allows him to effectively support occupiers and owners in achieving their real estate objectives.
