Sean Langford serves as a Vice President of MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC, based in Lutherville, Maryland. With more than 20 years’ experience, Sean specializes in the sales, investment sales, leasing, acquisition, and development of all commercial asset classes. He has local, regional, and national tenant representation experience, and has also been involved in the representation of landlords spanning retail, office, healthcare, and mixed-use projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. Sean’s in-depth industry knowledge positions him as a relied upon advisor to his clients, working with them to identify and analyze their needs while developing customized business strategies. His reputation for his commitment to building lasting partnerships and his creative value-add approach has proven invaluable to his clients’ portfolios and success.
Prior to joining MacKenzie, Sean specialized in land development, developing several hundred residential land projects for both regional and national home builders. A life-long resident of Maryland, Sean is an active member of his community and participates across numerous industry organizations.
