MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services has brokered the sale of 6608 Fort Smallwood Road, a multi-use development in Curtis Bay, Maryland featuring a mix of warehouse, commercial office, and Industrial Outdoor Space (IOS) for $2.5 million.
