Ethan Consulting Group Acquires Nearly 32-Acre Parcel in Dorchester County for Cannabis Growing Operation

Ethan Consulting Group has acquired a second-generation cannabis/hemp facility, located on a nearly 32-acre parcel in Dorchester County, Maryland, from KRA Wellness Group, LLC, for $2.1 million. The site is contained within a Maryland Enterprise Zone. MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC Senior Vice President and Principal Trish Farrell represented the seller in this transaction.
The Maryland Cannabis Administration approved Ethan Consulting Group for a Maryland state license to cultivate and produce cannabis-related products for both the adult-use and medical markets. The farm presently includes nearly 120,000 square feet of enclosed space among 12 semi-gable greenhouse-style structures that can be used for indoor growing operations, as well as 24 tillable acres for outdoor growing. The site also includes a nearly 2,500 square foot operational center, three steel sheds, four 5,000 square foot greenhouses and a workshop area.
