Current Dermatology and Cosmetic Center, a privately-owned practice based in Annapolis, is expanding into the greater Baltimore metropolitan market with its new location at Valley Gateway, a two-story commercial office building situated at 10801 Tony Drive in the Lutherville-Timonium section of Baltimore County. The concept signed a lease for 4,069 square feet of space with Valley Gateway, LLC, and initiated operations today. MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services’ Henson Ford and Matt Mueller represented the landlord and Hyatt Commercial’s John Gallagher represented the tenant, elevating the 12,000 square foot building to 100 percent occupancy.
Founded and operated by Drs. Molly Walterhoefer and Megan Casady Flahive, Current Dermatology and Cosmetic Center provides comprehensive care for skin health, offering a full range of medical, surgical, aesthetic, and cosmetic services. These include full-body skin cancer screenings and skin cancer management; diagnosis and treatment of skin, hair, and nail conditions; injectables, lasers, and advanced skin rejuvenation treatments; and aesthetic services including facials, chemical peels, and microneedling.
