Founded in 2009 by three life-long Howard County residents and friends, Vision Financial Group is a financial planning and wealth management firm that was built to serve their local business community through relationships, strategy, and commitment. In 2011, VFG merged with their strategic industry partner, Metzman & Associates, a financial advisory practice with a rich, 33-year history. The combination of both firms’ experience and knack for cultivating relationships and creative solutions has established an unparalleled client experience. Today, VFG’s client list includes some of the best known and most respected companies in the region.Offering the full spectrum of financial planning services, VFG has created a niche in the region’s arguably most exciting business arena – the technology, cyber security, and government contracting community.

“After a strategic market search, VFG now has a location that will allow them to better serve their client base, continue to grow their operations, and meet long-term objectives,” stated Bethany Hobbs of MacKenzie. “I am very pleased to have had the opportunity to represent VFG during this process and assist in them finding such ideal space.”

9881 Broken Land Parkway is a Class A office building that provides tenants first class amenities and immediate access to the sought-after market attributes of Columbia, Maryland. The building is also easily accessible to the managing partners and more importantly, VFG’s client base. The new space will include a 40-person conference center that will allow them to host on-site educational seminars for business owners in conjunction with local accounting and law firms.

“We selected and designed the office with the goal of creating a space that fosters creativity and collaboration within the practice and with our clients,” said VFG Co-Managing Member Jason Weszka. “We wanted a space that would bring people together, and I think we’ve accomplished that working through the leasing process with Bethany and MacKenzie.”
