White Marsh Business Center Expands its Tenant List

MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC is pleased to announce the completion of two, long-term leases at White Marsh Business Center, increasing the project’s occupancy by nearly 8% since assuming the listing this summer.  Located at 5020 – 5026 Campbell Boulevard, White Marsh, Baltimore County, Maryland, the leases totaled nearly 11,000 square feet.  CoreLife, a physician-aided weight loss, nutrition, fitness and lifestyle change center leased 4,159 square feet and Advantage Psychiatric Services which provides comprehensive services to adults and children suffering with mental health issues leased 6,799 square feet.  The MacKenzie team of Meghan Roy, Joe Bradley, Matt Mueller, and Henson Ford provided landlord representation services to owner Doug Legum of Douglas Legum Development, Inc.
