Children’s National Medical Center Relocates to 1730 West

MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC is pleased to announce that Children’s National Medical Center, the leading pediatric health system in the Washington, DC area offering services from primary care to intensive care, has signed a lease for 10,500 square feet at 1730 West Street, known as the Tate Building, in Annapolis, Anne Arundel County, Maryland.  Vice President Justin Mullen represented the landlord in the transaction.  Matt Coursen with JLL represented the tenant.
