MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services brokers lease at 8029 Corporate Drive
Celebree School, which presently operates 34 early childhood education and care centers throughout Maryland, Delaware, Virginia and Pennsylvania, has acquired 8029 Corporate Drive for $3 million. The group intends to relocate its corporate headquarters, and approximately 50 employees, to the single-story building, located in the White Marsh section of Baltimore County, by first quarter 2023. Sean Langford, Vice President of MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC represented the buyer and Kyle Bell, Vice President of Leasing at Lincoln Property Group represented the seller in this sales transaction. The building was delivered in 1988.
Founded in 1994, Celebree School provides childcare and early learning programs, as well as camp sessions during the summer to children of all ages through its network of franchise and company-owned and operated sites. The school offers curriculum programs aligned with the Maryland State Department of Education’s focus on Early Childhood Education and incorporates STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics) into every daily lesson. Child care programs are suitable for children ranging from six weeks to school age and are designed for personal, social, language and physical development. All locations are locally-owned and staffed by degreed teachers.
Celebree School intends to grow to 150 schools in its network over the next three years. The company currently operates 26 corporate schools and eight franchise locations, with an additional 70 franchise licenses in various stages of development.

Creating new synergies and simplifying communication processes were among the major drivers of this move.”
8029 Corporate Drive overlooks Interstate 95 and is located within close proximity to both MD Route 43 and Interstate 695. The building is approximately 10 miles from Baltimore City and Towson and 18 miles from Bel Air. Numerous retail centers and restaurants support the site including The Avenue at White Marsh, White Marsh Mall and the amenities at the nearby mixed-community of Greenleigh.
