Southland Industries, a California based company which provides mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering (MEP) services to commercial and industrial buildings, has signed a 93,000 square foot full-building lease with Elion Partners. The company, which maintains locations in 18 offices throughout eight states, intends to expand into 12051 Indian Creek Court in the Beltsville section of Prince George’s County, Maryland next month. Southland Industries also operates local offices in Laurel, Maryland and Dulles, Virginia. The asset is also approximately 20 miles from BWI Airport and Reagan Washington National Airport.
