Southland Industries Signs 93,000 sf Full-Building Lease in Prince George’s County

Southland Industries, a California based company which provides mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering (MEP) services to commercial and industrial buildings, has signed a 93,000 square foot full-building lease with Elion Partners. The company, which maintains locations in 18 offices throughout eight states, intends to expand into 12051 Indian Creek Court in the Beltsville section of Prince George’s County, Maryland next month. Southland Industries also operates local offices in Laurel, Maryland and Dulles, Virginia. Contained on a nearly six-acre lot, 12051 Indian Creek Court is a single-story industrial/warehouse building located adjacent to US Route 1 and is within several miles from Interstate 95 and MD Route 200 (Intercounty Connector). The asset is also approximately 20 miles from BWI Airport and Reagan Washington National Airport.
