MacKenzie Management Secures 3 New Assignments Comprising 290,158 SF of Commercial Office, Warehouse/Industrial, Retail, & Medical Space

MacKenzie Management Company, LLC has secured three new assignments to provide comprehensive property management services for more than 290,158 square feet of commercial office, warehouse/industrial, retail, and medical office space in the greater Baltimore metropolitan area. The assets are Aylesbury Business Park in Timonium, Country Ridge Shopping Center in Essex, and the Maryland VA Clinic Annex in Baltimore City. With these wins, MacKenzie Management Company now provides customized property management services to nearly 200 properties comprising approximately 10 million square feet of space across all asset classes. MacKenzie Management Property Managers Mary Ziemann, Sabriya Williams, and Alex Bartlett will oversee all day-to-day activities for these assignments.
Aylesbury Business Park, located at 15 W. Aylesbury Road, contains nearly 142,000 square feet of commercial office, warehouse/industrial, and retail space. Featuring approximately 20 retailers and restaurants, Country Ridge Shopping Center is a nearly 81,000 square foot neighborhood shopping center fronting Back River Neck Road. Maryland VA Clinic Annex, located on 209 W. Fayette Street in Baltimore City, is a 69,000 square foot office and medical facility.
