Residential and commercial heating, ventilating and air conditioning services company relocating corporate headquarters, and approximately 10 employees, to 3110 Pike Street in Paxtang
The Heating & Cooling Guys have signed a lease with Builderman Properties, LLC for 5,000 square feet of space at 3110 Pike Street in Paxtang, Pennsylvania with intentions to relocate its corporate headquarters to the nearly 14,000 square foot commercial and industrial building. Patrick Smith, Vice President, MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC handled negotiations on behalf of the tenant and Ida McMurray of CapStone Commercial represented the landlord in this transaction.
The Heating & Cooling Guys provides a full range of heating, ventilating, and air conditioning services to residential and commercial customers including system installation, maintenance, and repair. The company was formed in 2019, has approximately 10 full-time employees, and provides services throughout the Central Pennsylvania marketplace.
Located in Paxtang, approximately three miles east of Harrisburg, 3110 Pike Street is a single-story building configured to support both commercial office and industrial/warehouse space and is equipped with 14-foot ceiling heights and one drive-in loading dock. The asset is situated adjacent to Interstate 83 and PA Route 322, and features a free, surface parking lot.
