Cybersecurity and data analytics company Blackwood has acquired 122 Severn Avenue, a 5,344 square foot flex/office building overlooking the Severn River in Anne Arundel County, Maryland for $1.525 million. Blackwood is a privately-owned company which provides artificial intelligence, cloud, data, and network security; data analytics; and business continuity, disaster recovery, and risk management services to companies and federal agencies. Founded in the late 1970s by Linda and Bob Blackwood in Ashton, Maryland, the entity was acquired by Pam and Rick Morris in 2002, with the couple’s son, Ryan Morris, now serving as President.
