Mid-Atlantic Nephrology Associates has signed a lease with RFP Realty for 4,577 square feet of space within 8501 LaSalle Road in the Maryland Executive Park in Towson, Maryland. This represents the relocation of the physician-owned medical practice group’s Towson office, which operates eight facilities throughout the greater Baltimore metropolitan region. Joe Bradley, Henson Ford and Matt Mueller of MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC represented the landlord and Matt Melnick of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant in this transaction.
Mid-Atlantic Nephrology Associates provides a full spectrum of patient-focused services to address kidney-related disorders. This includes the treatment of acute kidney injuries, chronic kidney disease, end-stage renal disease, hypertension, kidney stone prevention, and pre- and post- kidney transplant care. The group primarily draws patients from Baltimore City and Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Carroll, Harford, and Howard Counties.
8501 LaSalle Road is a three-story, nearly 57,000 square foot commercial and medical office building situated at the intersection of LaSalle Road and Joppa Road. Delivered in 1976 and renovated in 2001, the site features 235 free surface parking spaces and is located just off the Loch Raven exit of the Baltimore Beltway (Interstate 695).
Several padsites are positioned within walking distrance from the building, containing a variety of restaurants and services including Applebee’s Grill + Bar, Gino’s Burgers & Chicken, Chick-fil-A, and Potbelly.
