MCRES Promotes Karlee Pigg to Senior Marketing Specialist And Gordon Griffin to Creative Lead
Griffin joined full-service commercial real estate brokerage firm in 2013 and Pigg has been a member of the marketing group since 2023
MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, the commercial real estate brokerage division of The MacKenzie Companies, has announced the promotions of Karlee Pigg to Senior Marketing Specialist and Gordon Griffin to Creative Lead. Both professionals work within MacKenzie’s in-house marketing division with Griffin joining the group in 2013, and Pigg a member of the team since 2023.
Pigg, who started her career with MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services as a marketing coordinator, is responsible for supporting the five-office brokerage team with a full range of deliverables including collateral materials, business development presentations, digital marketing campaigns, proposals, and related creative products. She also manages workflow to assure the timely completion of all in-house marketing and design assignments. Pigg has more than six years of directly-related business and marketing experience and earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Towson University.
Griffin rose from his original position as marketing coordinator and currently oversees a diverse range of creative and marketing functions including maintaining the brand identity of the brokerage firm, setting project strategy and leading collaboration across several service lines. He supports the brokerage group with the production of a wide range of marketing materials and gathering information used to produce presentations sent to external audiences, and mentors our younger design professionals. Griffin has more than 18 years of commercial real estate and marketing experience and earned his Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the University of Maryland, College Park.

The MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services marketing division consists of seven professionals including marketing and design specialists, a research analyst, and a transaction coordinator. The group provides marketing support to nearly 50 brokerage professionals, as well as the company’s other four full-service divisions. Last year, the brokerage firm achieved a record-breaking year, including a 23 percent improvement in total square footage volume.
