MacKenzie Management Promotes Kati Coles to Vice President of Property Management
MacKenzie Management Company, LLC, the full-service property management arm of The MacKenzie Companies, has promoted Kati Coles to Vice President of Property Management. Formerly Senior Property Manager, Coles joined the company in 2014 and brings more than 25 years of directly-related property management and business experience to this position.
In her continuing role, Coles will oversee the day-to-day management for a portfolio of commercial office, medical office, retail, and industrial properties in the greater Baltimore metropolitan region. Specific responsibilities include on-site asset management activities, tenant relations, directing the efforts of third-party vendors, the handling of financial reporting and accounting processes and establishing preserving best-in-class working environments.
Her property management experience includes management-level roles with Artemis Properties, Colliers International, and Harbor Group Management. During her tenure with MacKenzie Management Company, Coles has been recognized with the firm’s three distinct corporate awards, reflecting her leadership, operational excellence, and client service. Properties under her management have also earned industry recognition.
