Phil Gould Joins MCRES Annapolis-Based Flex/Industrial Team as Real Estate Advisor
Professional will specialize in landlord and tenant representation in southern I-95 Corridor and the Washington, D.C. suburban markets
Phil Gould has joined MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC as Real Estate Advisor in the company’s Annapolis regional office. Gould brings more than five years of diversified commercial real estate experience to the company and was formerly an Assistant Property Manager with Cushman & Wakefield. Gould will collaborate with Vice Presidents Bryan Herr and Oliver Fryer.
In his new role, Gould will provide an array of advisory and brokerage services assisting both users and property owners in the greater Maryland, District of Columbia, and Northern Virginia marketplace focusing on industrial warehouse and land asset classes. This includes executing timely and successful outcomes to leasing, acquisition, and disposition requirements and concluding tenant representation transactions to companies and organizations looking to enter into or expand within the region.
Prior to joining MacKenzie, Gould managed a portfolio of industrial properties on behalf of ownership with Cushman & Wakefield, and served as a Real Estate Services Coordinator for CBRE. A native of Baltimore, he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Mississippi.
