MacKenzie Management Company Wins Contract to Provide Property Management Services for 4201 Northview Drive

120,000 square foot Class ‘A’ office building located in Prince George’s County, Maryland

MacKenzie Management Company, LLC has been awarded a contract to provide full-service property management services for 4201 Northview Drive, a five-story, 120,000 square foot Class ‘A’ commercial office building located in the Bowie section of Prince George’s County, Maryland. With this win, MacKenzie Management Company now provides customized property management services to nearly 200 properties comprising approximately 10 million square feet of space across all asset classes in the Maryland area. MacKenzie Management Property Manager Bill Hearn will oversee all day-to-day activities for this assignment.

Also known as One Town Center, the asset was delivered in 1988 and renovated in 2004, and is equipped with an atrium lobby, nine-foot ceiling heights, a shared conference center, and a free surface parking lot equipped for nearly 400 vehicles. The building is primarily leased to medical and health-related tenants such as Chesapeake Medical Imaging, Prestige Periodontics, Solomon Eye Physicians and Surgeons and Vein Treatment Clinic. Additional tenants include Edward Jones and GreenVest.
