MacKenzie Management Secures Five New Assignments Comprising 310,000 Square Feet of Space Across Maryland
Newest wins are combination of commercial office, medical condominium, retail and industrial space in Baltimore City and Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Harford and Montgomery Counties
MacKenzie Management Company, LLC has secured five new assignments to provide comprehensive property management and maintenance services for approximately 310,000 square feet of commercial office, medical condominium, retail, and warehouse/industrial space across the Maryland region. The assets are 901 Ostend Street in Baltimore City, 7257 Parkway Drive in Anne Arundel County, 1212 65th Street in Baltimore County, 111 Bata Boulevard in Harford County, and 5708 Frederick Avenue in Montgomery County. With these wins, MacKenzie Management Company now provides customized property management services to more than 200 properties comprising approximately 10 million square feet of space across all asset classes. MacKenzie Management Property Managers Alex Bartlett, Kati Coles, Kevin Kimmel, and Marie Gerwig will oversee all day-to-day activities for these assignments.
- 901 Ostend Street is a 102,000 square foot Class ‘C’ warehouse building that is owned and operated by Mayorga Organics, a fair-trade coffee company. Alex Barlett is overseeing the assignment.
- MacKenzie Management Company will provide management and maintenance services for 7257 Parkway Drive, a 28,108 square foot commercial office building in Hanover. Kevin Kimmel is supervising all asset and property management activities.
- 1212 65th Street is a 55,593 square foot warehouse building in Rosedale. Kati Coles is the lead property manager for this assignment.
- 111 Bata Boulevard is a 9,324 square foot medical condominium and part of the Water’s Edge Corporate Campus. MacKenzie Management Company currently provides full-service asset and property management services for three mid-rise commercial office building comprising 300,000 square feet of space. Marie Gerwig is supervising all operations.
- 5708 Frederick Road is a 37,000 square foot industrial building in Rockville. Alex Bartlett has been assigned to this building to handle all property management activities.
