MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC is pleased to announce the recent sale of 2500 Grays Road, a 108,600 square foot industrial building located in the Baltimore County East submarket. MacKenzie Vice President Andrew Meeder and Senior Vice President/Principal Daniel Hudak, SIOR represented the seller in the transaction, 2500 Grays Road, LLC.

2500 Grays Road sits on a 9.4-acre site was sold to Global Agri-trade, a premier supplier of shortenings, fats, and oils offering custom solutions for production needs of all industries with a growing line of products and services. Based in California, the company will occupy approximately 80,000 square feet of the building. Key Brewing, a skilled craft beer company and tenant at the time of the sale, will remain in the building.
