The significantly pre-leased building will be located outside the North gates of the Ocean Pines community in Ocean Pines, Maryland. MacKenzie Capital President John Black and Vice President Brendan Harman worked with owner/developer Palmer Gillis of Gillis Gilkerson, a Salisbury, Maryland-based construction and development firm to secure the financing.
“Our client approached us because their longstanding relationship bank had portfolio issues and was unable to fulfill their needs,” stated Black. “We went to market with the opportunity and were met with multiple quotes proving capital remains available for solid projects with outstanding sponsorship.”
